Electrical Engineering Power System Simulation

EEDrawNet - EE Power System Analytics and Design

Welcome! EEDrawNet is a robust electrical power system analytics and design software. It enables you to build visual digital models of electrical power systems, small or large, AC and DC, and conduct comprehensive power system analyses. With a digital model, you can effectively examine, investigate, demonstrate, monitor, update, enhance, and upgrade the system. We are committed to delivering unparalleled tools that empower engineers, researchers, and professionals to revolutionize the way they approach power systems.

EEDrawNet operates on Windows 10 or later and is available for a 15-day trial period, free of charge. If you need more time to assess the software, please contact us with your trial ID, and we will extend your trial duration. To continue using the software after the trial period, we kindly ask for your support in development by purchasing a license. It is free for educators to use in teaching courses.

Electrical power system analytics and design

EEDrawNet can be used to build complete power systems that contain both AC and DC components. It includes, in current version, six analytics programs: 1) Reliability Evaluation based on minimal cutset, 2) Power Flow Analysis - snapshot or time series, 3) Motor Starting, 4) Short Circuit with Arc Flash Calculation, 5) Harmonic Frequency Scan and THD Indices, and 6) Switching Transient Analysis.

Welcome to download and try the software for a 15-day free trial period. If you need more time to evaluate the software, please contact us with your trial ID and we will extend your trial duration OR support us by purchasing a license.

Features

Build Power System Digital Model

  • EEDrawNet makes it intuitive to build complete electrical power system digital models with a wide range of AC and DC components.
  • With 'Network' symbols, you can build large power systems neatly and with ease.
  • Each component can be illustrated with its name, annotation and datablock.

Conduct Power System Analyses

  • The Reliability Evaluation program calculates reliability indices for a complete AC and DC power system using the minimal cut sets method and follows the IEEE Gold book standard.
  • The Harmonic Analysis program conducts Frequency Scan studies and Harmonic THD Indices calculations.
